Napa 之后，一切归零
回到办公室，Kathryn 甚至对自己观察到的快速倒退感到惊讶。Napa 的进展几乎消失殆尽：
- 走廊里毫无互动 — 没人愿意和彼此说话
- 团队似乎对在 retreat 中暴露自己感到尴尬 — 假装什么都没发生过
- 只有零星的希望 — 比如 Carlos 和 Martin 一起开了个客户满意度会议
但 Kathryn 见过这种情况。她知道这是"第一反应"——面对 vulnerability 的本能退缩。她准备重新介入。
Green Banana 收购会议
就在 Kathryn 的第一次正式高管例会前几天，Nick 召开了一次特别会议——讨论可能收购一家叫 "Green Banana" 的波士顿公司。
